The simple, readable version of how the ColorMensis club works.
By joining ColorMensis you subscribe to a color club. Depending on the plan you choose, you receive a colorful package monthly — a letter about the month's color, an original illustrated 4x6 postcard, two 2x2 stickers, a sticker sheet and a mystery item — or a single edition with the one-time purchase plan.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, on Stripe's secure hosted checkout pages. You are charged the price shown at the time of purchase in US dollars (plus any applicable taxes required by your country or region, if Stripe collects them). We never see or store your card number.
Subscription plans renew automatically on the schedule you chose (monthly, quarterly, semester or annual) through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us — cancellation stops future charges and future mailings, but does not refund a period that has already been charged or processed.
The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 10th. Anyone who joins on or after the 11th will receive the following month's edition.
Packages are shipped with a stamp, so tracking is not available. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for US delivery and 2 to 4 weeks for international. International members are not charged extra for shipping — it's included in every plan.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, write to us and we will replace it or refund it. Once a month's mail has been processed or mailed it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, but we will always do our best to make things right.
We happily refund or replace within the terms above. Disputes and chargebacks are handled through Stripe's standard process; please contact us first — most issues are solved in one friendly email, faster than a dispute.
All art, letters, postcards and designs are the original work of ColorMensis. They are yours to enjoy, not to reproduce or resell. The ColorMensis name and logo may not be used without permission.
Purchased editions are for personal enjoyment. You may not resell, copy or redistribute the items for commercial purposes.
ColorMensis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, the membership or the mailed items, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected month or edition.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued membership after changes means you accept the updated terms; we will always keep this page up to date.
